If you borrow an item through Interlibrary Loan, the IFSI Library will send the item to your library. Your local library will contact you when it is received and loan it to you. When you have finished with the item, you return it to your library and they mail it back to us.
There are two options. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Steps for Option 1:
| 1 | Call IFSI Library first ( 217-333-8925 or 1-800-437-5819) with your local library card number; |
| 2 | IFSI Library will forward your request to your local library; |
| 3 | Your local library will notify you when it receives the item; |
| 4 | Return the item to your local library when you finish with it . |

The law is available online at http://www.ltls.org/boardpackets/apr2002/non-residentrules.pdf. Please let us know if you have any questions
