Chief Richard Page, Centralia Fire Department, served as the committee chairman (1999 - 2001).

Chief Bill Riddle, Sycamore Fire Department, served as the committee chairman (2002-2005).

Assistant Chief Mike Kimmerling, Bloomington Fire Department, serves as the committee chairman (2006-).
